About the masterplan
The Morello Car Park is made additionally attractive and secure thanks to its location in the East Croydon regeneration area, where Menta has been involved in the creation and ongoing delivery of the 3 million sq ft East Croydon Masterplan vision over a number of years. Morello is a key element in the new Croydon, turning an underdeveloped and largely derelict site into a cutting-edge, sustainable, and innovative solution that integrates with and regenerates East Croydon and its surroundings.
The Morello Quarter scheme has delivered nearly 1,000 new and affordable homes in a set of 7 tall buildings ranging from 12 to 25 storeys.
The final phase of the scheme will also deliver over 20,000 sq ft of commercial and amenity space, and a comprehensive new entrance for East Croydon station with the public realm further enhanced with art installations delivered in collaboration with artist Elisa Artesero.
